Guest Information

Important: Mariner West does not operate an in-house rental program. Individual condominium units are privately owned, and rental arrangements are made independently through individual owners, property management companies, and vacation-rental websites.

Registration

All guests staying at Mariner West are required to register with the Association and pay a $35.00 registration fee. The registration fee includes the required parking pass for the guest's stay. The fee is used to help maintain the property and provide and maintain the building's common areas and amenities for owners and guests. The registration fee is an Association requirement and is separate from any rental charges, cleaning fees, security deposits, or other charges established by an individual owner or rental provider.

Pets

Pets are not permitted for rental guests at Mariner West. Guests renting or staying in a condominium unit may not bring pets onto the property. Guests with questions regarding the pet policy should contact the Association or the owner/rental provider through which they arranged their stay.
